At Welch's Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the original items in their unworn condition with all tags attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailer.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
